Since I’ve started cycling about a year ago, doing an all carbon fiber build has always been on my mind. I’ve always been a fan of the classic style bikes so I’m glad I found this Pro-Lite Galileo frameset in beautiful raw carbon 3k finish. Matched with my old Grammo carbon fiber wheels, I’m able to get a total weight of 7.3kg. pretty average compared with today’s standards but for the budget that I’ve set for this project I’m really pleased with it. The components used are just random bits I’ve collected over time and I’m expecting i will be able to shave more weight with more exquisite materials. But that will be for the future and will enjoy it as it is for now.
